Small Groups

This fall there's a small group for you... starting the week of Sept. 18th!

  

Sunday Morning 

The Treasure Principle

This Bible study based on the best-selling book will further study God's plan for managing personal finances. John Zona will lead this Sunday morning group, meeting from 9:35 – 10:15 AM. Childcare is provided in the nursery.

 Monday Night 

Bible Study: The Book of John

This group will view a film interpretation of the gospel of John and study the Biblical text. Bret Blackstock will lead this group who will meet every Monday at Will and Jen Clark's house at 6:30. The study should end around 7:30. After the study we will chat and munch on delicious snacks. Child care is provided!

They Like Jesus, but Not the Church

This study looks at common barriers to church membership and ways that a Christian can confront them. Led by Jen Fitch, we will meet at 7:00PM at the home of Johnny and Diana Mayerlead this group.  No Childcare is provided.

 Wednesday Night

Weird: Because Normal Isn't Working

"Normal" people in modern society are stressed and overwhelmed - this study looks at how we can use WEIRD principles to achieve a more fulfilling life. We will meet each Wednesday at 6:30pm at Thom and Melissa Kalb's. Thom Kalb will be leading this group and childcare will be available. .

 Thursday Night

Digital Disciple: Real Christianity in a Virtual World

The connection and isolation of technology presents challenges for modern Christianity. This study examines faith and ministry in the digital age. This group will be led by Thom Kalb and will start at 7PM. Location is yet to be determined.
  

 

 

Community Harvest

On the third Sunday of every month we collect nonperishable groceries for Community Harvest. We have named it "Bag Sunday" to remind us to fill a grocery bag of goods to share. Don't forget to bring your "bag" with you every third Sunday.
